Taken with my Nikon D300S and new Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 (which was bought for me by Nadine www.flickr.com/photos/24806893@N04/ and my parents for my birthday). Shot was taken at ISO 200ish and f/5 . I set up two strobes an SB28 through a shoot through umbrella camera right 45 degree angle to Kat and an SB600 camera left high with a snoot to create some separation, fired with cactus v2s.
I love the expressions ! They acted the role well … quite pleased with the image although there is room for improvement. Edited slightly in LR3 and CS4.
I took the idea from an image by Mike Murrow www.flickr.com/photos/mikemurrow/4469940469/ , www.flickr.com/photos/mikemurrow/4469940469/.. thanks Mike, I hope you don’t mind credited you here and in the tags.
Was a fabulous day, pleasure to be guests at such a wonderful day.
